They shouldn't have to "decide" What a man and a woman is, there should be inherently known truth and logic instead of these ignorant, mentally ill, degenerate, immoral, hypocritical people who literally live a lie.

There’s a guy at the Pentagon whose job is to define ‘Fruitcake.’ A minimum amount of flour, a minimum anoung of candied fruit, a maximum amount of rum, and all of THESE ingredients are defined. So that when the military buys however much fruitcake they buy each year, they don’t get lawsuits from someone that used a cup of Gumi bears, a pound of almond flour, and a glass of goat’s milk to make what HE calls a fruitcake, which the military won’t fucking touch.
As long as bathrooms, changing rooms, convents, seminaries, and prisons are sex-specific, you can’t just leave the definition of the users up to inhernet understanding and basic logic. Not everyone shares the pinheaded, stupid, dickcentric bigotry that you do, so there’s more gaps than overlap.

Yet we let degenerate ignorant, mentally ill immoral hypocrisy of Christians to tell us who paedos are while ignoring their own, won't condemn terrorists unless they're brown to tell us?

“inherently known” means assumptions at best and reality is under no obligation to conform to your assumptions. There are a bunch of very rare conditions that destroy any simple classification.

In so many games from “Mass Effect”, “Baldur’s Gate III”, “Cyberpunk 2077″ to “Genshin Impact”, “Honkai Star Rail” & “Zenless Zone Zero” one can select their characters’ gender.
