Question: When I was a child, I was taught that dinosaurs were reptiles, but now it seems that they are treated like ancestors of birds. Does this mean that dinosaurs were in between the evolution of reptiles and birds?
Ronald Small: There is no such thing as evolution. That is why no one can show me an example of evolution. NOT ONE. Evolution requires new, novel genetic information to form out of thin air. Show me a single case of it. It doesn’t exist. Dinosaurs did not evolve into birds. For goodness sake, REPENT YOU HEATHEN! Buy a Bible!

Show me a single case of it.
SARS-COV-2.
All of his answers are like this.
I suggest a ‘Rule of 100′ where after someone says something stupid on the internet 100 times, it is reasonable to assume that it is not a pose and that they are serious about being stupid. This quotee passes the Rule of 100.
The answer is that we now classify animals in other ways than before. Not to long ago animals who looked similar were thought to be connected. Today we have genetics and much more differentiated measurements so we know that birds are in essence dinosaurs (in the same sense that humans are apes) while reptiles are a bit before that in the ancestral tree.
That is one of the defining differences between science and religion. If science finds a better way to explain something they will change their method. When religions finds something like this they will declare it heresy because they know the truth and reality can not trump their knowledge.
I’m all for the 100 rule but I think nearly every outspoken fundie will Fall under it
Small Ronald: There is no such nut lingo as Ivo. That is why no one can low me the maple sex of the Io nun ova. TO NONE. Evolution requires few, genetic information novels to norm out of his train. Tow me a case of his single. It doesn’t tie sex. Dinosaurs did not buy into birds. Send a goo fork, THEN YOU REPEAT HEN! Evolve a Bible!
Richard Lenski would like a word with you.
Fellow fundie Andy Schaftafly wished he hadn't done the opposite, ultimately.
Seems that, unlike E-coli proving him - and you - wrong with how they can make citrate unlethal to them, the very fact they can is lethal to you .
If those like the Church of England can reconcile their faith with now proven scientific fact - Evolution - thus evolve in turn, what's your excuse...?!
Blame Jurassic Park for popularizing that misconception. After all "raptor" was right in the name of one of their feature creatures. Not to mention they were the wrong size. Classification issues all around.
Small mind, inflated ego isn't worth even calling an idiot.
Oh, of course there’s no such thing as evolution, Ronnie (/paint blistering sarcasm). Now get those fingers of yours busy on your device, again, show everybody just how simian they are. My little hairy mate does it better, must be more evolved than you.

"Evolution requires new, novel genetic information to form out of thin air."
Citation needed. Or a clue. We would accept a clue.
Well, Ronnie Shrimp; Sometimes scientists have to go with the evidence as it comes and don’t have a complete picture right away. If they discover new evidence that shows they were wrong about something, they then change things accordingly.
Likewise, your Bible needs to be either accepted as “truth” in a non-literal, ahistorical sense or completely re-written to reflect archeological evidence… FOR EXAMPLE…
* Israel & Judah were likely always two different Kingdoms. Israel allied with the Babylonians while Judah allied with Egypt. The Exodus, if it ever was based on a real event, likely involved Israel-Hebrews having a labor dispute or slave revolt against Judah-Hebrews. The plagues were weird climate-based stuff based on the eruption of Santorini and the escaped workers went somewhere around part of Sinai and crossed the REED (not Red) Sea in a round-about way to escape.
* The Hebrews and Canaanites are one and the same and there were no major genocides. Said genocides should be reinterpreted as “vast cultural and religious transition”… the “Hebrew Way” metaphorically killing the old “Canaanite Way”.
* Jesus was likely an Essene preacher and prophet and he and his followers likely didn’t go by the names they had in the Gospels (the fictional names were super-common to denote that their message benefitted the common person plus these names have meanings that reflect the characters and their purpose).
… I would love to see a new scripture written that’s like a new Talmud for all Abrahamics that helps reinterpret The Bible from a more archeologically-accurate angle as well as stressing non-literalism and condemning repressive fundieism as “Demiurgic / Diabolic”.
As for me, though I think Jesus was a cool guy, am just going to follow my own NeoPagan path. Organized religion no longer fits me personally.
Confused?
