Imagine living in a world where if someone wanted to have "Pride" recognition, it would mean being some kind of "Phobe". Yah.
The fact that heterosexuality is not being celebrated should be a damn good reason to be concerned.
LGB? You wouldn't be here if it wasn't for us straight folk. Yeah. Show some appreciation.
The snowflakes that attack us that endorse Straight Pride, call US snowflakes. Yeah. We are the snowflakes.
Apparently, we are attention seekers. Imagine that. In addition to that, we get labeled as LGBTphobes and what not. Yeah. That's TOTALLY not making about you.. ;)
Let's be honest, the naysayers, the ones getting butthurt over this are being triggered for no, real, reason.
Straight Pride is the REAL Pride, as there's nothing to celebrate about being gay. Nothing.
Nothing says phobic like attacking another because it's deemed a threat to their own pride. Snowflake in a nutshell. :-D

You are flatly arguing gay people should be thankful that straight people let them live. And then you wonder why they band together for support. They do it because you are a threat. And why should they not have pride? They put up with this kind of shit every day. You, on the other hand, are among the privileged many who doesn't have to hear reminders constantly from bigots that minorities exist on majority sufferance. You're not a homophobe. That's the wrong label for you. You're just a straight-up bigot.
Yeah, no. The reasoning behind LGBT+ pride is that we aren’t fully accepted by society. That we have to take a stand and show that we aren’t letting ourself marginalized, embarassed, threatened or worse, killed, anymore. That we are proud of standing together while some parts of society still shun us. To constantly be in the public eye so that no one can ignore our plight.
What should straights be proud of in this context? Being born just the way society wants it? Doing all the stuff that is being treated as ‘good and normal’ anyway? Give me a break. There was never any societal discrimination against straight people.
Oh and by the way, not everyone has straight parents, there is stuff like bisexual parents, surrogacy and a few other concepts you are obviously ignoring.
Imagine living in a world where if someone wanted to have "Pride" recognition, it would mean being some kind of "Phobe". Yah. You mean a world where the unoppressed majority demanded to have a special day dedicated to them, despite the fact that nearly EVERY day is full of celebrating them as “the norm”?
The fact that heterosexuality is not being celebrated should be a damn good reason to be concerned. Yea, it’s not like heterosexuality is plastered all over entertainment media & advertisements, crowed about as the only “correct” sexuality by churches and politicians, given preferential treatment by society & even the law, or generally celebrated as Always Good And Righttm by the world as a whole, right? Oh, wait…
LGB? You wouldn't be here if it wasn't for us straight folk. Yeah. Show some appreciation. Non-straight couples exist. And so what? Americans wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for Europeans, white people wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for Africans, men wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for women, and you wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for cheap beer & a broken condom, yet I doubt you show the same appreciation to them.
The snowflakes that attack us that endorse Straight Pride, call US snowflakes. Yeah. We are the snowflakes. Yes, you are.
Apparently, we are attention seekers. Imagine that. In addition to that, we get labeled as LGBTphobes and what not. Yeah. That's TOTALLY not making about you.. ;) Yes, you ARE. How else would you describe a member of the majority throwing a tantrum because they aren’t given the same attention as an historically (and currently) oppressed minority, all while belittling and deriding said minority? And yes, it IS all about seeking attention, because otherwise why would you be insisting that people recognise your insipid little “straight pride” movement? Since there’s no need to raise awareness about the struggles of straight people, as being straight carries no social or cultural stigma , the ONLY reason for “straight pride” is to say “look at me, I’m a special snowflake, stop giving attention to those people over there!”
Let's be honest, the naysayers, the ones getting butthurt over this are being triggered for no, real, reason. Ah yes, because appropriating a civil rights movement that protests the oppression & murder of millions, just for the hope of getting attention & praise simply for being born as part of the status quo, is “no real reason,” eh?
Why do I get the feeling that you also support the “white history month”/”white pride” ideas?
(And PLEASE learn how to use punctuation correctly.)
Straight Pride is the REAL Pride, as there's nothing to celebrate about being gay. Nothing. Except for overcoming centuries of oppression. There’s even less to celebrate about being straight, so… I guess you don’t need “straight pride” after all, hm?
You definitely fit the profile of someone who says this kind of thing about Black History Month, too.
Nothing says phobic like attacking another because it's deemed a threat to their own pride. Snowflake in a nutshell. :-D Yes, which is precisely what you’re doing. Meanwhile, GSRM folks are simply calling you out for appropriating & dismissing civil rights movements, and for demanding a reward for simply being born as part of the majority - the very definition of a participation award, snowflake.
Here’s a game: Try to keep for 10 minutes purely on being positive about your stuff without as much as in passing mentioning LGBTs, no comparing, no “Straight Pride is the REAL Pride, as there's nothing to celebrate about being gay. Nothing.” bullshit, that’s a foul. You wanna play? If you win, you get to get us all fuck off your little pride idea(not much of a problem since none of us really gave a fuck in the first place) but if you can’t keep it up straight(pun intended) for 10 bloody minutes, you admit to everyone in the room that the whole shitshow’s just a troll to attack queer people. You in, dipshit?
Straight pride, Lol. When you have been arrested and jailed for getting it on, with your consenting adult straight partner, or maybe ONLY bashed - then get back to us on that.
Confused?
