Russia also has significant migration from other countries, aka white erasure. It's a self-described multiracial empire.

Fun fact: Nazi Germany had awards for mothers who produced lots of (Aryan) babies. It was called the Ehrenkreuz der Deutschen Mutter (Cross of Honour of the German Mother) and came in three grades, bronze, silver and gold, for women who had four, six or eight babes. There is also at least one recorded instance of a special cross with a diamond mounted on the swastika at the centre of the medal being awarded to a woman who had sixteen children.

What parents and families need is not medals but money, working infrastructure and a peaceful environment.

This reminds me about how it seemed urgent to control schools as fast as possible during the invasion and of the propaganda campaigns they run with the exploitation of students, indoctrinating them and directing them to write letters...
