“I truthfully don't think you people (evolutionists) are thinking logically here at all.”
Ah! I love logic puzzles. Lay it on us!
“For one thing, what happens to a pen when you throw it up into the air? Yes it has all this great trusted energy as its going up, but than it eventually comes crashing down.”
Um, yes?
“The calculations for disorder done in the opening paragraphs of this forum suggest that the sun allows for more order.”
Eeeeh, the constant input of solar energy means that we’re not in a closed system,. So we aren’t really affected by the 2nd Law Of Thermodynamics, which i believe you think it a silver bullet to disprove evolution.
“However I think that this is just an temporary illusion.”
It’s temporary, as far as the life of the universe goes, but it’s not an illusion.
“In the long run (just like the pen) things become completely disordered and do not have any more energy to appear ordered. Such as water running upstream, or ice melting and crystallizing, metabolism, digestion, condensation, or a seed and an embryo.”
By ‘long run’ you realize we’re talking the life span of the sun, right?
“These things are just temporary illusions. Thus in the overall scheme of things, they are becoming disorder.”
Yes. I am a temporary object. But if i were an illusion, i would not have broken my fucking toe on the stairs last year.
“Life (such as a seed or embryo) has only the exact amount of thrusting energy it needs to allow it to grow and serve its purpose.”
Not true. As long as it can get more energy, from sunlight, or plants grown in sunlight, or animals that eat plants in sunlight, it can exceed that bare minimum.
“This "information" was ALREADY previously assigned to it in the blueprint of its DNA”
And suddenly we’re in information theory? What happened to the physics?
“ (assigned by the creator).”
DNA isn’t really information. It’s not something that can be misinterpreted like a treasure map. It’s chemicals that cause changes. Think of a really complicated Rube Goldberg machine. The train set can’t decide to deliver the egg to a different process, it’s always going to put it in the frying pan.
“There is no mechanism that shows us that DNA can evolve... meaning it has no available assigned energy left other than to procreate and pass on its genetic material.”
It’s an imperfect replicator, that’s HOW it evolves.
“A living thing only has enough time and energy to be born, live and die.”
Feel free to prove this. Prove, for example, that Ben Franklin died because he ran out of energy.
“Conclusion... Entropy is eventually closing in on all of us. The Universe tells us this! It is steadily loosing gas.”
Um… The universe is everything that exists. If it’s outgassing, where is this lost gas GOING?
“This means less stars are being born and eventually the lights will all go out.”
You have no idea the scale you’re talking about, though.
“Additionally, the Human geno can only replicate offspring so many times before things go haywire.”
Mistake creep in. And you JUST SAID there’s no mechanism for evolution to change? You shoot yourself in your foot.
“That is why we should not have kids with our brothers or sisters.”
So, physics, to biology, to destiny, to genetics? Inbreeding is not an entropy problem, sweetie.
“All these little technicalities concerning entropy or the labeled 2nd law of thermodynamics are just inconsistencies that serve for nothing. It serves no purpose in arguing about these technicalities especially when one opens their eyes and truly LOOKS - our resources are diminishing.”
You’re just throwing partially understood concepts at the wall and hoping they distract from the science.
But it’s the same science that tells you about 2LoT as tells you about evolution, and the Big Bang, and inbreeding, and open systems, and all that.
You’re in WAY over your head, here.
