Really? And how do you justify the idea that evolution over millions of years produced a being that is driven to have sex, develops secondary sex characteristics that have no purpose other than enticing others to have sex with them, and that the satiation of their desperate desire would lead to harm? How is it that evolution planted this trap and human beings still survived?
The truth is that when kids are interested in sex is the perfect demarcation line as to when they should be allowed to experiment with it. And if you think that a kid can't consent because they can't understand the gigantic psychological ramifications of having their genitals touched, please explain to me why it is OK for them to consent to a doctor touching their genitals in a medical exam. If it is the act of touching their genitals, and not the reaction of society, that causes the harm, then both a doctor and anyone else touching them should have an identical outcome.
