You literally stated you believe your feelings affect the value of your assests, your defense against the FACT you overstated your worth is the lie that you were understating the figure you gave at the time which is STILL A CRIME, your idiot son’s testimony was that it shouldn’t matter because you have a clause in your documents that “information may not be accurate” and bluntly said he interprets that to mean you don’t have to even try to tell the truth and “buyer beware, do your own research and figure it out yourselves” which is UTTER NONSENSE from a legal standpoint. And even if that nonsense were legal, you are here right now disputing the independent research into the numbers you claimed you need not be truthful about and crying foul because the documentation - regardless of your “I am lying” clause - and terms described therein whether you understand them or CLEARLY DO NOT is legally binding and your feelings don’t add a penny to the assessment or negate the breaches of terms.
Every time you open your mouth you dig yourself deeper and you’re hoping the threat of your mob (and the ill intent you foster in them on the demented premise that as long as you didn’t specifically order whatever heinous acts of violence, harassment, vandalism, and possibly MURDER you know damned well they are capable of it won’t stick in court once no matter how overtly you wink and nudge and say “wouldn’t it be great”) directed at whoever’s name and photo you put on the internet WHICH YOU HAVE BEEN ASKED FIVE FUCKING TIMES TO STOP DOING FOR 1 SPECIFIC FUCKING CLERK AND STILL FAIL TO RECOGNIZE THE LEGALLY BINDING NATURE OF A GAG ORDER OR LEGALLY BINDING NATURE OF THE FUCKING LAW AS A WHOLE scares people enough to just let you keep running your mouth as you have. You’ve been repeatably told that they have to go by assessed value because any “added value” due to being part of the “Trump brand” can’t be determined until the property is actually sold. If you can’t understand that, that’s your problem, and a problem with potential legal consequences at that. And that was before it was found that you weren’t just making up stuff about the value of your buildings based on your feelings, but also making up stuff about their measurable physical qualities as well. Just shut up, okay?
