Jesus didn't even address any of those topics, much less express any opinion on them.
Maybe you could kind of render his spiel about "Render unto Caesar" into a general statement on taxes, but even then it's really pushing it.

I think the OP has Jesus confused with the modern-day hucksters who suck up to power and gather money from their dirt-stupid followers, all the while pretending to do so in his name.
I don't think a guy who was tortured to death by the Romans, but who shared the Golden Rule in life, would support torture. He didn't go on record about the rest of that stuff at all.
Why would he have cared about an American-style Constitution 1700 years before it was written. Frankly, the OP, if American, shouldn't blame Jesus for shit that happened 2000 years after he died. Instead, he should get politically active.
ASIDE: Just a little information on what the Jewish Jesus would likely have thought about, for example, illegal immigration .

As for the post in question, a lot of people do believe that Jesus was god incarnate and if that's the case he did do and or condone some of those things.
While I’m an atheist, my current boyfriend is a devout Christian - who tries to imitate Hippie Socialist Jesus. I’m fine with those types, obviously. I’m also fine with the fuzzy mushball Christians who consider themselves such but don’t really make religion a part of their lives, so long as they’re not bigots. However, the ones who worship Warmonger Jesus, Greed Jesus, or Sadistic Torture Jesus - those people can fuck right off.
I wouldn’t entirely blame someone for going full antitheist or misotheist if they’ve been traumaized by fundies, even though that’s probably going too far, but things like this just sound like they were written by an angry and/or edgy teenager.
