Ruddy is reddish … kind of like bronze … kind of like Semitic peoples … like Arabs and other Middle Easterners. Like Hebrew people perhaps? Almost like the story of Adam is a particular tribe’s story of creation. That sounds an awful lot like stories of creation all over the globe. Particularly in how their tribe are people … everyone else is not.
