And in general: what kind of strange world do these people live in? Everything in those lyrics is about as far away from my life as the moon. Crack, guns, violence, racial hate, car theaft, civil war. Really?

On top of that, it’s being proud of having skin that’s missing most of it’s essential UVA/B-protection (hence, more SKIN CANCER). Humans are native to Africa as a species and dark skin’s a feature, not a bug. From an anthropological standpoint; White Supremacy is akin to seeing oneself as superior due to having diabetes (‘My pancreas stopped working and I need insulin meds or I’ll DIE! WORSHIP ME!’).
Being white myself, I can say this without coming off as bigoted against whites. To my pasty-peachy-skinned peers; You’re no better or worse than any other ethnicity so please give it a rest! There’s only one Human Race with many colors. Variety is the spice of life!

There is actually some advantage to that lack of pigment. You just have to get away from the equator. Two points to consider, that actually makes both superior to the other, depending on where you live.
Folic acid, important to fertility and successful gestation. Is also actually destroyed by UV radiation, and constant exposure to higher levels will deplete it in the body, in the long run reducing the occurrence of pregnancies and increasing miscarriage risk. This makes high melanin skin with UV reflection capability advantageous in the long term.
Vitamin D, among other sources, is the result of a cholesterol in the skin reacting with UV radiation to transform into the useful vitamin. Reduced UV penetration reduces your body’s ability to make the vitamin D that it needs. Away from direct sunlight, and especially in places where winters can see less than 6 hours of sunlight in a day, can result in regular vitamin D deficiencies. A lack of melanin then becomes advantageous.
This is possibly what has resulted in obvious mutants (white people) becoming so predominant in arctic and near arctic climates over thousands of years. And before anyone complains about me calling white people mutants, just remember, we all are by now. The only non-mutants are probably dead for hundreds of millions of years now.

Makes sense. Perhaps that’s a big factor in why humans turned white. Perhaps in some Northern places, food with Vitamin D was rare and those with less pigment tended to be stronger due being able to create more of their own Vitamin D.
Also; Europe had a lot of Neanderthals (who tended to be lighter-skinned) and early non-Neanderthal humans may have mated a lot more with them than in other parts of the world. White people are likely Neanderthal/Homo Sapien hybrids to some extent. I could be wrong though.
And I’m certainly not offended by the “mutant” term. “Mutant” simply means “mutated” and compared to the original black African form, white people are the biggest mutants of them all.
