@RichardAB It's called The Freedom of Association (and/or Dissociation). Every living Person Born of Woman has that Right. The Right to Segregate yourself. The Right to Discriminate, to live apart from those you believe to be undesirable. To join with other like-minded individuals in a community of your own choosing. Each individual has the private, personal freedom to choose - whether to allow or prohibit any other individual(s) entering his private dwelling or personal space. Your reasons for your choices are not publicly adjudicable, they're private and personal.

Neither Church nor State have any legitimate authority or power to coerce you, against your will, to associate with or dissociate from any individual or group. (For entrepreneurs and business owners this extends to hiring and firing decisions, even to which individuals you accept or reject as customers.)

But the Zionist/Bolshevik-controlled US Congress, Presidents and Courts since The Civil War have nullified those common rights. The concept of "Protected Groups", along with anti-discrimination and "fairness" laws and court rulings based on that concept, by which individuals belonging to certain groups are granted the legal protection of the State, up to and including the use of force against those who choose not to associate with them, was not drawn from The Constitution or any of the foundational ideas on which the Framers based it.

The entire Civil Rights movement in the US, which takes credit for shoving this monstrous affront to our freedoms (aka Desegregation) down the public's throat, was and is a Constitution-hating Zionist/Bolshevik political operation, as was The Abolitionist Movement. Following their victory in The Civil War, the collectivist victors demolished The Constitution along with The Confederacy.
