That’s not the scientific test for evolution. Evolution is adaptation to a changing environment, through random mutations and natural selection.
Humans ARE Primates, so yes, we have sort of done that.

So, to prove you are your parents' child, I suppose they would need to pop out another one identical to you?
Just like two parents can't produce another child with exactly the same genetics, you can't produce a distantly related descendent with the same genetics...
Not to mention that you aren't even starting with the same primate ancestors.
So to revise, you are asking for proof that your parents produced you by asking that your father's brother and mother's sister produce an identical child to you.
It's not going to happen. It doesn't work that way. You'll get something similar, with enough work and selective breeding and the occasional lucky accident, but it still won't be human.
Instead of that, we just use DNA testing and compare the results
The latter’s already the former by default, so there ya go. Seriously, this is why age alone should not be a main designator when it comes to verifying someone’s maturity as a human being. This person for example should never been able to obtain an adult ID.
