Polio would like a word. So would smallpox.
Jews are individuals. Just like christians, muslims, hindus, and atheists.
And they follow the same rules.

Right they don't cure the disease. They slow and even stop infection and spread. Vaccines can kill viruses if those viruses can no longer spread. Like what happened with Smallpox.
