As for "insurrection", the evidence says that is untrue. There was nothing even illegal about the Jan 6 election protest, even if there was no election fraud.

If you try to destroy the chain of command that makes this country stay free of being a military dictatorship, that is treason against our entire system of government. The enemy then is the military, not another country.
