[From "Even Kaiser Wilhelm II would disapprove of a Democracy in Germany."]
So why do Germans today still believe in Democracy?
Every German who supports Democracy is committing Treason against Germany.
[Quotes from Kaiser Wilhelm II stating that "I regard every Social Democrat as an enemy of the Empire and Fatherland" and "Shoot down, behead and eliminate the Socialists first, if need be, by a blood-bath, then war abroad. But not before, and not à tempo."]

Why the hell would we care what Willie the Last thought about democracy? His jingoistic ways (granted, along with those of the other European leaders/his cousins) led to the end of Imperial Germany after merely two rulers (well, technically three, but Friedrich Wilhelm ruled for only 99 days before dying from laryngeal cancer that had already rendered him mute before coronation), had an obvious reason to be biased towards authoritaritarism, was regarded as an idiot by many of his contemporaries including Bismarck, oh, and also died eight years before the founding of the Federal Republic, making him irrelevant to modern German democracy.
Monarch opposes government types that would reduce and/or replace the monarchy he is a part of.
Shocking.
In other news, the Vampire Party issued a strong statement against garlic in supermarkets, the prevalent availability of stakes, and easy access to holy water.
Never mind that you’re clearly more about the Prussian (read: technically Lithuanian) strand than any actual Visigothic or Ostrogothic strand. If Germany decided to return in some aspect to any certain pre-Prussia strands for governance, I’d hope you’d be hard-pressed to call such treason. Unless you decide to break out the abominable Right of Conquest, anyway.
Those quotes don’t prove Withered Willy didn’t like democracy, just that he didn’t like socialism (or social democracy, for that matter). Of course, a hardcore reactionary like you probably thinks they’re the same thing.

Not only that, you're committing treason against the Holy Spacewyrm Empire! But, I, Sarah I, Supreme Divine Empress of All Reality, Non-Reality, and Everything Else will gladly pardon you for the grave sin of your allegiance to Prussia if you offer me a tribute of 1 bitcoin and swear everlasting loyalty to my Holy Reign.
I mean, my claim to royal authority has as much credibility as Wilhelm's. Possibly more since, you know, he's dead and all.

Technically incorrect.
Every German who supports democracy is committing treason against the German Empire. But, the German Empire doesn’t exist anymore and hasn’t for about a century, depending on where you put the end, either with the founding of the Federal Republic (1949) or the abdication of the Kaiser (who ran away and stayed in exile in Holland instead of fighting to the death to maintain “his” Reich) in 1918. The Kaiser was very unpopular anyway. Nobody missed him. After 1918 he played monarch without a throne in Holland, letting his few servants call him “your Majesty” and things like that. Pretty sad.
Maybe he commanded his navy in the bathtub. Boomboom, sink the toy ship, where’s the soap?
Oh, because Kaiser Bill said so. You mean the bloke who dragged Germany into an Austrian war, which they couldn’t and didn’t win. He was lucky not to be hanged after WWI, in fact.
So…why over a hundred years later, should we take what someone like him said seriously?
Confused?
