The estrogen is fake? Not sure what that means, but that "fake" estrogen works just like the "real" kind. And because it works just the same those "tits" are just as real as any cisgender woman's (who also sometimes get "fake" ones BTW, but I'm guessing you're okay with that).
And I'm still puzzled by the idea that a man who hates women would take that estrogen and grow those breasts. I want to become a woman because I hate women? Yeah, sure. I mean obviously, the most misogynistic thing a guy can do is get a vagina, right? Are you even listening to yourself?
