I wondered if this was connected to Jared Kushner mysteriously falling into a huge pile of Saudi Money ($2 Billion), but probably not, as the tweet was a few days ago and the money thing was 4 months ago. Unless Kush just gave his father-in-law a big chunk of that money…
How much of this is actually true? It reminds me of a claim about attendance and of slogans like "I have the best [...]"... And of much efforts in attempt to distort votes. Then, how much is foreign? If the goal was funding competitions, I suspect that it means that the next campaign to defeat this would win? Is the goal to again stray away and distract from actual democracy? Another scam to empty the pockets of gullible followers?
Edit: adding: An attempt to strongarm for corporate corruption, because lobying is not enough?
Assuming this is true in the first place, I strongly doubt that money is coming from ordinary Americans simply because of the well-established fact that very few donate to political causes outside of election campaigns. You have provided no evidence to indicate this might be an exception to that. Also, either way, it has nothing whatsoever to do with what is actually true or not with respect to the larger issue at hand, which I’m sure you’d agree is the most important and pressing matter right now.
In other words, this can be safely dismissed as bad-faith grandstanding bullshit until you are able and willing to provide something of relevant factual substance that might suggest otherwise.

Is he ever NOT trying to mooch free money out of people? Even the death of your mother was nothing more to him than an opportunity to panhandle on a national scale. Remember your mom, Eric? She's the parent that hasn't publicly thrown you under the bus when the law came around and might even have said she loved you at some point in your life. But you're still holding out for the guy who would probably sell your organs if he got a good offer. Or knowing him, fuck up the negotiations until the deal is so shit losing your organs isn't even the short end of the stick.
