A 100 years ago, both sexes worked from a young age, be it in the farm or in factories.I doubt little girls played with dolls that often unless they were upper class.

There are differences between Roman Catholicism and the Russian Orthodox Church. Married priests for example. And Mary is seen as having had trusted her savior which is why she gets pushed as the "perfect" role model for Catholic women and girls.

1. The rest of the population benefitted from having jobs as overseers, bounty hunters, blacksmiths, shipping, etc. The whole damn economy was built in slavery, moron.

2. We're talking about the US. Spain imported blacks to Central America to replace the natives as slaves. The Irish were never slaves, save for some woman who wanted to marry a black man but was told her children would become slaves if she did. Indentured servitude was legally differed from slavery and the servant had lots of ways to redress grievences.

And none of this has anything to do with how slave owners tried to justify their "peculiar institution" with The Bible or gender pronouns.

In murder and other heinous crimes, character is brought up in trial all the time. It sometimes even has the judge go lenient if you show remorse. And the government is still expected to show evidence and prove that the person on trial is guilty. And that's not getting into the whole appeals thing and parole.

Imagine that. The US justice system is more progressive than God.

1) North Korea doesn't have the capability to hit the US. They can however possibly hit our allies in their region.

2)Wouldn't the whole workd be dealing with the sudden loss of people? For all you know those places could be suddenly empty.

3) Considering how we reacted after 9/11 and during the recession, I doubt we'll all turn against each other. It'll depend on who's in charge during this supposed crisis that'll affect how the Federal government reacts. State governments will probably keep chugging on as they'll be focused on their individual states.

Observation can only get you so far. The science taught in school isn't the full picture of what the field involves. As for theories, they're the best explanation that fits the evidence. Read The Structure of Scientific Revolution, it'll give you an insight into the field.
