I wrote my previous things before I bothered to look at the photos. I just looked at the photos and realized that the neighbors are 100% in the right and the OP is in the wrong and knows DARN WELL what he’s doing.
It’s a stereotypical biker dude in a Nazi soldier helmet (who looks like the villains in Wild Rebels if they, in an alternate continuity, survived the film) putting a big black, Nazi-flag style swastika on his driveway. It’s not a bunch of driveways shaped like a swastika leading to a big house (like I assumed).
While re-claming the swastika is still on the table, the style of said symbol must still be considered because a big, black, blocky swastika screams “Nazi” no matter what.
Change the style, color or add dots….

….As for how to reclaim stuff, I’ll use my artwork to do the talking and hopefully inspire others. I’m only one person, after all and I have no media clout.
The OP knows what his symbol means and is merely gaslighting and being a smartass. He’s DEFINITELY A NAZI-SYMPATHIZER AND DEFINITELY INTENDED A BIG FREAKIN’ HATE SYMBOL ON HIS DRIVEWAY! And yes, another thing about Nazi swastikas, the angle-thing.
The bold-black, angled swastika is definitely unclaimable and Nazi as hell!
