I’ve seen plenty of white German-speaking kids in Germany, even in the most liberal cities like Berlin. Nonwhite people are still very much a minority there, albeit a growing minority.
And the reason you don’t see German flags publicly displayed outside of football matches is because excessive nationalism is a social taboo in postwar Germany. You can thank Hitler for that.
