I've only recently consumed MGTOW related content, and I agree with most of the arguments they present, especially the fact that the legal systems are stacked to work against men in all cases, I only see the MGTOW movement growing larger in the years to come, for obvious reasons.
The declining rates of marriage, and by extension birth, is a factor that can't (and shouldn't) be ignored by the world at large, large scale immigration isn't the way to go in my opinion. But as you see more and more men checking out of marriage, what does that mean for the West at large? Are there real concerns, if the population is to slow down drastically?

Most of the posters on this forum seem to be someone who used to spend lots of time with women but then came to realize that spending time on their own is superior. Perhaps they decided this because they don't like being bossed around or maybe they were treated unfairly during a divorce.

I've been shunned and turned down by women my entire life. I was never particularly good looking (plain but likely not offensively ugly). I'm also heavily introverted and definitely not aggressive. Everytime I've tried to engage with women, I have had horrible experiences. I've been tricked, fooled and made fun of everytime I made a move.
I suppose I have come to the conclusion at the tender age of 20 that I am never going to have success with women. In accordance with my passive personality type, it simply makes no sense for me pursue women at this point. It's definitely a depressing outlook but I truly feel like I've been backed into a corner.
It can suck at times not being able to relate to many of you who have at least experienced that side of life, though I am sure some of you would argue I'm lucky I never had to deal with it in the first place.
Regarding the controversiality of this topic, I find that many people lambast MGTOW because they assume most MGTOW are men who like me who were unable to get girls anyway and sort of forced to spend time on their own anyway. It's clear to me now that many users here DO have experience with women but choose to avoid them anyway. I find that fascinating, likely because I have no perspective on what that life is like.

I Have Escaped the Middle East and I am Glad Now to be MGTOW
I was born in the UAE but often traveled between UAE and Saudi Arabia in my youth. In my youth, I was stifled by traditionalism and gynocentrism. I find that traditionalism is an enemy of freedom because you are restricted in what you can do based on beliefs held many centuries or millennia ago. Just because something is written in the Koran, Bible, or Torah, it doesn't mean it applies today. A man of logic would assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
My parents still communicate with me online and keep asking me when I will have a family and have children. But I tell them politely and firmly that I do not want to live a traditional life. My parents believe I am corrupted by Western values, but there are many in the West who are corrupted by traditionalism who conform to the standard template for life, i.e. go to university, get married, buy a house, and have children. This is a lifestyle promoted by those in power because it benefits them. More consumers, more workers, more debt.
Traditionalism literally enslaves its adherents, whether it is in the West or the Middle East.
My goal is to live the life of a MGTOW and show by example that it is a superior life. It is a life filled with freedom, wealth, and happiness. My friends constantly try to shame me for not having a girlfriend, but I own up to my bachelor lifestyle and keep promoting it. Lead by example.

Apparently i was too nice to him so he started following me around to the point that it got really annoying that me and my friend would try to actively get rid of him by telling him we'd meet at a place and go to a totally different one. The thing is we did this multiple times but he just wouldn't get the hint until my friend told why he didn't eat lunch with that other socially awkward guy and then he left and we finally had lunch without him. Don't get me wrong i tried to defend him at first by telling my friends not to be this mean to him but you just couldn't help him he was just the perfect victim and on top of that he acted like asked for it so it went from the point where i didn't bother defending him anymore to the point i actually joined the bullying (this took almost the whole year i went to school with him). Makes perfect sense to me. I've always viewed ancient Egypt as being more of a Mediterranean or Southern Levant civilization than as an Arab or black civilization, especially since most of the great monuments and cities in ancient Egypt were located in Lower Egypt (which is actually in the northern half of Egypt because the Nile flows from South to North).
I was also always highly skeptical of the claims made by people like Zahi Hawass that modern Egyptians are the same people that built ancient Egypt. Observing how primitive and backwards modern Egyptians are just doesn't match up with the types of people that would build a civilization that was as sophisticated as ancient Egypt. Likewise, I'm so sick of modern Iraqis trying to lay claim to being the same people that built ancient Mesopotamia.
