Much of the so-called "Social Sciences" is blatant Marxism re-packaged into a sleek, sexy, and trendy "study" of one sort or another.

When I take my dog to dog parks, they are mostly empty but he finds a "Playmate" ever so often. He is 'fixed' though so he is incapable of "raping" anyone although he is sometimes sexually harassed at times! Should we hire a "doggie lawyer" and file a lawsuit?

Except that’s not what social studies mean at all, shit history is considered a social studies, oh wait you probably don’t want that at all since history so often showcase how much your bullshit is proven to be wrong.

Law is part of social sciences. I think any lawyer will laugh at the suggestion that law is marxist.

Armchair but with less credentials. I majored 8n criminal justice/criminology. A social science. Not all bur many went into law enforcement, one went into FBI and the other is in Intelligence. Our main advisor and professor was on the team that liquidated BCCI bank. And while said professor was in secret service he served under Reagan before retiring.

To these people, anything they associate with feminism (and a whole host of other things) is somehow Marxism. None of them have read or otherwise learned anything about those things unless they were from MAGA-approved sources like Limbaugh, which is why they know so little and are so confused (even if they don’t realize they are).

History, linguistics and law largely predate Marxism, and there’s no need to be a MArxist to practise social sciences: for exemple, I doubt that Austrian School economists might be supporting Communism…

While it is true that linguistics as a whole is much older than communism, technically sociolinguistics (what this dude would be talking about) is much newer than communism. The term itself first appeared in writing in 1939 and it officially became something one could study in the 1960s.
