Before embarrassing yourself research the case! You might me surprised what's at risk. It goes to conference January 6th. It calls for amongst other things the removal of 94 Senators, President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris as well as over 100 members of the House of Representatives for being part of the conspiracy to rig the 2020 elections and overthrow the duly elected leader of the United States.

Brunson vs Adams could be the black swan event that leaves liberals in tears.

I’m sorry, but SCOTUS even LISTENING to this bullshit case shows how off the charts they’ve gone. Brunson is accusing everyone who voted to accept the 2020 election results of TREASON against the United States, claiming that not investigating Trump and Rudy’s bullshit is an act of fucking WAR against the United States and thus, Joe, Kamala and all of the Congresspeople listed are traitors and should be removed via the 14th Amendment.

Note that no mention anywhere is made of what happened that day that would definitely fit “treason” MUCH better than this shit. The only plus about this is that they’re only deciding if Brunson actually has standing to file this action (courts have all said he doesn’t), and not on the case itself. And unless they’ve decided to just say “fuck it” and usher in permanent Republican rule in the US, they’re probably going to agree.

And even if the Court does decide to rule in favor of this batshit case, they don’t have an army to back up such a decision, especially one that so radically upends how the federal government even works as its’ effectively one branch of the government trying to take complete control of the government over the other so don’t expect much, or hell even a tiny minority of the military to agree with the Courts in just overthrowing the wider government outright. They do need the support of the other two branches to enforce any decision it makes and there have been times when the Court say something and the other two branches either ignored or just outright tell them to fuck off as they have the means to enforce the decisions and if they don’t agree with the decision then there’s literally nothing the supreme court can do about it. Yes they have their own police force but that’s not big enough to enforce decisions nationwide nor is it big enough to effectively stage a coup against the other two branches of government.

However, the worrying part of this possible case is if the court does agree with the plaintiff and declares Biden and the vast majority of the legislature as “illegitimate” and when the two branches inevitably tells them to fuck off and sends the military and FBI to arrest a now rogue supreme court, Red states could use this clusterfuck to start a civil war on the side of the rogue supreme court and declare Trump as the “legitimate” president of the “legitimate” United States Federal Government.

Going to conference just means SCOTUS is deciding whether they'll grant cert. They won't be hearing the case.

Don’t worry, seems to be a frivolous case: they lost at every court level, both State and Federal, and now only remains SCOTUS for appealing, and their prospects look very bleak.

If you read the case, that’s EXACTLY what it’s claiming in court. Joe and Kamala rigged the 2020 election to stop Trump, which is treason.

Researchimg case shpwa one of two things: op is wrong or supreme court is corrupt.
