So, using the secret skill that Mr. Root apparently lacks called "reading the article" the bands are protesting the event because they don't believe it is moral to associate with something run by the Army since it supported the IDF for decades and the IDF's abysmal human rights record is front and center with the latest Gaza catastrophe.
