If a property is next to a school and tenants wish to rent who “express” their gender through “swinging parties,” whips and chains, sex for sale, or public nudity -- the landlord will not be able to say no.
OK, for one thing, what the hell does that sort of thing have to do with “gender expression”? Does this guy even know what he’s complaining about?? I mean, sure, if you want to have activities of that sort in your home, you should be properly discreet about it. I’ve actually been with people who had that sort of thing going on, back in the day, (not the “public nudity” tho, that’s a whole other thing lol) and even though they kinda lived out in the middle of nowhere, they made damn sure any random passerby wouldn’t have heard or seen anything that was going on behind those closed doors.
