Russian presidential adviser Anton Kobyakov asserted at a press conference following the International Legal Forum in St. Petersburg that the Soviet Union "still legally exists."

Kobyakov explained, "The Soviet Union continues to exist in a legal sense - something that constitutional law specialists, including those in Western countries such as the United States and France, have long acknowledged. This is because the procedure for the so-called dissolution of the USSR was violated. Since the Congress of People's Deputies (also known as the Congress of Soviets) established the USSR in 1922, it should have been dissolved through a decision by that same Congress. If the legal procedure was not properly followed, then, according to constitutional law experts, the USSR remains legally intact."

He also criticized the legitimacy of the Belovezha Accords, which are widely credited with dissolving the USSR. "From a legal perspective, the Belovezha Accords are entirely questionable," Kobyakov stated. "This agreement was later ratified by the Supreme Soviets of the Russian Federation, Ukraine, and Belarus - acts that, in fact, exceeded their authority. If the Soviet Union was not legally dissolved, then the Ukrainian crisis, for example, could be viewed as an internal matter rather than an international conflict."

Abortion Law Forces Doctors to Keep Pregnant Brain Dead Woman Alive

"They gave her some medication, but they didn't do any tests. No CT scan," [...] Newkirk [...] [said]. "If they had done that or kept her overnight, they would have caught it. [...]"

When I was in activism it was about the movement and the cause.

When I left activism, the movement all but died. Every major American atheist organization went woke, abandoning the cause for which we all fought in favor of leftism. Stupid fucks

In doing so, the atheist movement cut all ties (many of which I'd created) with the right.

Now, exactly as anyone could have predicted would happen eventually, the right rules and the atheist movement is powerless to stop the pendulum swing to the right, and as a result we are about to get prayer in schools.

Yay atheism movement, you're stunning and brave! Go launch a press release nobody will read. Then call people names. That's activism lol!

I'll be fighting this fight. I and @sheedythom at @AtheistsLiberty still care and will try our best to continue Madalyn O'Hare's fight, while the movement she started cries like the impotent useless babies they are.

The left likes to use migrants and migration not only because it sounds gentle, but it also creates confusion.

When people hear these terms, they know deep down that migration is seasonal and circular. They think of birds or butterflies. They fly south, they fly north, and so on. And historically, we have had foreign nationals come into the United States for seasonal or agricultural work and then return to their home countries. It would be reasonable and accurate to refer to those individuals as migrant workers because they ultimately return home.

But make no mistake, the current mass illegal immigration we are seeing as a result of the Biden administration's intentional actions is not migration. And these people are not migrants. It is an orchestrated invasion being led by the Biden administration in conjunction with the Mexican cartels.

Terrence Howard challenges the times tables

Terrence Howard believes that we've got arithmetic all wrong.

The "Empire" villain told Rolling Stone that he does not believe one times one equals one.

"How can it equal one?" he said. "If one times one equals one that means that two is of no value because one times itself has no effect. One times one equals two because the square root of four is two, so what's the square root of two? Should be one, but we're told it's two, and that cannot be."

Howard calls his parallel take on math "Terrylogy." The actor said he spends time cutting and re-forming scissors, wire, magnets and sheets of plastic to illustrate his one-times-one theory and other similar theories he has. He told the magazine that he and his ex-wife Mira Pak would spend up to 17 hours a day creating these illustrations.

The Rolling Stone writer described Howard's creations as "building blocks but the shapes are infinitely more complex, in two dimensions and three, tied together by copper wire or held in place by magnets." Howard said he hopes to inherit U.S. patent 20150079872 A1 ("Systems and methods for enhanced building-block applications"), among others.

The "Hustle and Flow" actor also said that Pythagoras, Einstein and Tesla would "lose [their minds]" if they saw Terryology.

"Since I was a child of three or four," he said, "I was always wondering, you know, why does a bubble take the shape of a ball? Why not a triangle or a square? I figured it out."

Howard added that he hopes to change the course of education.

"This is the last century that our children will ever have been taught that one times one is one," he said. "They won't have to grow up in ignorance. Twenty years from now, they'll know that one times one equals two. We're about to show a new truth. The true universal math."

Pennsylvania man arrested after allegedly killing his father and displaying his decapitated head on YouTube

A Pennsylvania man has been arrested after allegedly killing his father, before displaying his decapitated head in a gruesome YouTube video while spouting right-wing conspiracy theories.

Justin Mohn, 32, is accused of killing his father, Michael Mohn, police told NBC News. While police did not release the victim’s age, public records show him to have been 68.

Mohn was taken into custody about 100 miles away from the crime scene on suspicion of first-degree murder, abuse of a corpse and possessing an instrument of crime with intent, according to a court docket released early Wednesday.

He was arraigned at 4 a.m. and denied bail, Middletown Township Police Capt. Pete Feeney said.

In the YouTube video, which was titled "Mohn's Militia - Call To Arms For American Patriots" and is cited in a police complaint, Mohn is seen wearing gloves and holding his father's head in a plastic bag. Later, the head can be seen in a cooking pot.

Mohn says his father was a federal employee for 20 years and refers to him as a traitor, calling for the death of all federal officials and attacking President Joe Biden's administration, the Black Lives Matter movement, the LGBTQ community and antifa activists. YouTube removed the video, which is more than 14 minutes long, hours after it was posted.

What is happening to President Donald Trump has never been done in the history of the United States. Liberals, put your anger aside for one moment and read this:

The AG couldn’t find a crime, so she’s charging a criminal case covered as a Civil matter. The Judge is working in conjunction with her and they decided Trump is guilty, and the AG has submitted a motion for Summary Judgement.

He doesn’t get to defend himself in court. The gag order doesn’t allow him to defend himself publicly. The Judge decided before the case that he was guilty, and is now attempting to strip his businesses and properties.

None of this has been done before. This is one of the biggest abuses of power we’ve ever witnessed as American Citizens. They’ve taken the leading candidate for President of the United States and refuse to give him a fair trial.

Disbarring the Judge and AG isn’t enough. The punishment should be the most severe allowed by the Justice System.

If you’re on the left or on the fence or even a conservative and you’re supporting this, you’ve lost your moral compass. Your blind anger is causing you to sit back and watch as this country crumbles.

Issei Sagawa (1949-2022)

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Issei Sagawa, perhaps one of the foremost experts in dealing with The Human Problem during the twentieth century. While he is gone from our physical world, he remains forever in our hearts.

He shot [Dutch student Renee Hartevelt] in the neck, raped her, and then consumed parts of her body over the course of several days.

But in 1983 he was deemed unfit for trial by French medical experts and was initially held in a psychiatric institution before being deported to Japan in 1984.

But on his arrival, he was ruled sane by Japanese authorities, who decided Sagawa’s only problem was a ‘character anomaly’ and that he did not require hospitalisation.

Essentially the outlook of the Japanese is that if one of their citizens ate someone of another race, this goyische person was not human and not worthy of inconveniencing a Japanese citizen. Besides, they reasoned, Sagawa was going to sell millions in merch.

He was featured in a magazine for his paintings of naked women, appeared in a pornographic film and produced a manga comic book that depicted his crime in graphic and unrelenting detail.

But he displayed no apparent sign of remorse or reform, telling Vice in a 2013 interview as he looked at posters of Japanese women: ‘I think they would taste delicious’.

In the meantime, as humanity reaches a staggering eight billion people, it has become clear that we have chosen the path of The Ecocide rather than being willing to say NO to anyone no matter how insane, stupid, criminal, or perverse/promiscuous there are.

The quest for a replacement to natural selection goes on, but in the meantime guys like Sagawa seem to be ensnaring the credulous who do not notice obvious mental health problems staring them in the face. Perhaps if we had a billion such men humanity could heal itself.

Pence calls for national abortion ban as Trump, GOP celebrate end of Roe

As Republicans across the United States are celebrating the Supreme Court decision Friday to overturn the fundamental right to an abortion established in Roe v. Wade, former vice president Mike Pence is calling for a national ban on the procedure, while former president Donald Trump argued the court’s decision is “something that will work out for everybody.”

In an interview with Breitbart News, Pence said that the Supreme Court voting 6 to 3 to uphold a restrictive Mississippi law banning almost all abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy “has given the American people a new beginning for life, and I commend the justices in the majority for having the courage of their convictions.”

After saying that “life won” on Friday, Pence, who is considered a potential GOP contender in the 2024 presidential election, went one step further by arguing the court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health should lead to a national ban on abortion.

“Now that Roe v. Wade has been consigned to the ash heap of history, a new arena in the cause of life has emerged, and it is incumbent on all who cherish the sanctity of life to resolve that we will take the defense of the unborn and the support for women in crisis pregnancy centers to every state in America,” he said to Breitbart. “Having been given this second chance for Life, we must not rest and must not relent until the sanctity of life is restored to the center of American law in every state in the land.”

Pence’s remarks came as Trump praised the Supreme Court’s decision in a Friday interview with Fox News.

“This is following the Constitution, and giving rights back when they should have been given long ago,” Trump told the network. “I think, in the end, this is something that will work out for everybody.”
