I did not grow up online, but, funnily enough, I might still have spent more time online than you have, dearie, because I was here when “online” was created.
What TRA dogma? That people born with a male brain and a female body exist, and ought to be respected? Teh HORRROR!!!
The gaslighting, malicious manipulation and straight up lunacy is all on the side on the homophobes and transphobes.
TERF’s are pretty stupid, yes, but I doubt that it’s them that are literally killing transwomen. I’d say more male homo/transphobes are responsible for that.
I grew up being taught never to doubt that lesbians are homosexuals, and gays are homosexual, full stop.
(Can’t say that I did, really, I just wanted to make this dolt sound even more stupid.)
There’s no violence in calling trans-men “men” and trans-women “women”, silly. Oh, you mean calling them the WRONG gender? Why would you want to do that? What’s it to you if Kim is a man or a woman, or whether Lee wants to be called him, her, it or they? Would you insist on calling someone “Robert”, even if he said he hated that name, and would prefer “Bobby”? Probably not, right? It’s the same thing; basic common decency and respect.
Yes, transgender people are more prone to suicide than cis-gendered people, so we ought to lay off the persecution and discrimination against them. Not being allowed to ostracize people, is not being ostracized yourself, dumbass; it’s just being told to behave decently. To the privileged, equality feels like oppression…
So, this post is not dissent? The guy murdering a trans-person just this moment is not showing dissent? The accumulating dissent against them, is partly what cause the many suicides and suicide attempts.
In what way is being taught reality harmful, TO YOU? Being born trans-gender is both dangerous and harmful TO THEM, and you ought to SUPPORT them, not punish them for how they were born, asshole!
Being female IS a gender identity, nitwit. As you were born with the same gender in both brain and body, you don’t have to think much about it. You ought to feel compassion to those who weren’t so fortunate, and who had to think about it constantly. (I don’t think that much about being a white, cis-het, blond and blue-eyed middle-class woman in one of the richest countries in the world. That’s what privilege is all about.)
Honey, they EXPECT to be treated as shit by misogynistic/oppressive men. They expect a bit of compassion from feminists and lesbians, who also live with oppression and persecution.
Yes, I’m sorry too, that you weren’t taught better grammar.
