I was already thinking of this since they mentioned "reptilians", there's a book series I've read by Harry Turtledove about lizard-like aliens who invade Earth. Their name for Earth is Tosev, and we're the Tosevites. (Or "Big Uglies" if they're feeling less charitable lol) I'm pretty sure at some point one of them said something about what constellation they say we're in, but I forget.

There’s another example of one thing that’s always bugged me, when people talk about “aliens from the such-and-such constellation”…they wouldn’t think of themselves as “from the Orion constellation” or whatever, because it’d have no meaning to them, it’s just a chance alignment of some stars from OUR perspective.
