Rejection and demonization of the world is nothing new and some Bible quotes can indeed be found that can be interpreted as such. I was raised in a cult that also cited such ("The world is Satan's", "I am not part of the world", etc.) It's still only the propaganda of an old cult, like yours, designed for high control. It also does not rest on reality but promotes irrational fears, again for control. Thus it exposes your own issues and abuses.
Instead of having access to a healthy environment, your fidels face misery. If there's really a deity and you really believe in it, that it can judge, don't you think that you'll be expected to atone for that? For exploiting those people for your own gains, exactly what you're accusing the rest of the world of doing, by psychological projection.
