Scootaloo was raised by her mother and father who study rare animals and often don't give her enough attention. The plot is they are about to move because of their job and are going to take her away from her friends. She only ends up living with her aunts at the end of the episode as a compromise so she can stay with their friends and they can keep doing their job.
This is literally complaining about something you havent seen.
