Yes but it will take a lot before it’s anything significant. The first real punishment is when her party starts cutting off the money and keeps her from good committee seats in Congress when her antics starts hurting the party. If she does something publicly outrageous she might get a Congressional censure but that is really just symbolic.

Vox’s narrative here is wrong anyways. It isn’t clear who canceled this because Trump didn’t want a normal one. The armed forces farewell is traditionally used by the President to thank the military. Trump asked the military for a big parade to celebrate Trump. The DOD said no but it’s just as likely that Trump canceled the whole thing when he couldn’t get his way.

Actually it was a resounding no to getting enough support. They managed to occupy some rooms temporarily only because the police didn’t treat it as a serious matter at first.
