What lessons have you learned from the transgender craze?
That transgender craze! All the kids these days are doing it! It's the Pokemon of the new generation! 🙄
Feminism is not a dirty word, it has just been bastardized.
Well, I guess I can agree with you on that one.
Women need their single sex spaces. It's imperative to be overprotective of them.
Well, sure, I'll agree that it's good to have spaces that are for women only (to a certain extent anyway). But, really, you shouldn't be overprotective of them. I mean, the word overprotective literally means you're being more protective than you should be! Good Glob! And a good reason you shouldn't be overprotective of these spaces? It's because you're keeping out people who are women!
Laws and rules made to keep women safe should not be abolished to protect men's feelings.
Sure. Alright. But acknowledging trans people's gender identities doesn't require abolishing any laws or rules that aim to protect women. In fact, it expands the number of women able to take advantage of those protections!
Kink-shaming can be useful and actually good.
I disagree. But, it's beside the point, as your transphobic bullshit about AGP and how being trans is a fetish isn't even kink-shaming. Because the very premise that being trans is some means of sexual gratification is completely, totally, absolutely wrong. You only think you're kink-shaming, but you're shaming me for a trait I do not have. I'm not pretending to be a woman for fun. I just am a woman. Just as much as you are.
Things can get out of control very quickly when no one puts a boundary.
What good is control when the boundary it means to enforce is based on flawed assumptions about the way the world works and exists only because of ancient bigotry and an inability to handle the concept of ambiguity. And, just curious, if we need more boundaries, you're totally fine with making homosexuality illegal again, right? I mean, wow, have things gotten out of control with that one! And don't even get me started on women's rights! I mean, what happened to all those wonderful boundaries that used to keep women in the kitchen, barefoot and pregnant, where we belonged! (in case any TERF is reading this, that was what we like to call sarcasm).
We should not enable mental illness and delusions.
Said by someone who probably doesn't even know what "mental illness" means, and who definitely doesn't know what delusions are.
We should not censor someone just for having a "wrong" opinion.
She said on the public Internet.
As long as they are able to discuss it respectfully, we should let them participate.
Oh, you respectfully think I should live a live of never-ending torment until the day I die? Well, that makes everything just fine then. I don't even know why I had such a problem with the hateful lies you spread about trans people, or the various ways that you keep trying to destroy our lives. I mean, you're being soooooo respectful. (That was sarcasm too, BTW)
If someone is censoring people who disagree with them, it means that the opposition may have good arguments that they don't want you to hear.
Interesting. Tell me, do you let trans women post over there, and argue in favor of trans rights? Honestly, I'm curious about that as I haven't actually visited your site yet. I very much doubt you are such a bastion of free speech, but I'm certainly willing to be proven wrong.
