But the important thing was that my brain is male. The body will just catch up somehow.
You summed up how ridiculous the idea is. One organ out of all of them somehow belongs to the other sex?
I mean there's really only two "organs", roughly speaking, involved here: the brain and the reproductive system. It is an indisputable fact that one's genitals can develop as the opposite sex to one's sex chromosomes, and that some people have genitals that are not entirely male or female. Is the idea of the brain developing in a different direction than the genitals really such a far-fetched concept?
They want everyone forced into far more rigid sex stereotypes than already exist, so they (the AGPs) can get their boners by forcing their fetishes on everyone else.
Are you serious? I don't want to force anybody to adhere to sex stereotypes. And I definitely don't want to get a boner! I don't even want this dumb boner-producing thing! And AGP isn't real.
I'm pretty sure if anyone bothered to ask me at the time if I was just being sexist and lumping men and women into two rigid categories and living my life through that lens that I would've said no - but it was absolute obsession that overtook all my thoughts. Men are this, women are that, therefore I'm a man. Can only lay in a web of lies for so long until it starts falling apart from how fragile it is.
Men are this? Women are that? I can certainly say I never once thought in those terms about my own gender identity, except to give rise to doubts. I could say, "oh I'm not really very feminine am I", or "I guess I'm okay with being fairly masculine" and conclude, "I guess I'm a man". But I couldn't erase tbe feeling that that male existence was not compatible with my soul. Everything else is just a rationalisation. In my heart I am a woman, and am so much happier having accepted that. So, did you feel like a man in your heart? Was that a more comfortable way to live? All that other stuff is just looking for external validation. You don't need to have stereotypically masculine traits to be a man. Maybe you weren't really trans after all, but that doesn't mean nobody is.
I can say, though, if you have a problem with lumping people into rigid gender/sex categories, you really ought to rethink the company you keep. TERF ideology is all about forcing people to fit into rigid immutable gender categories.
