That’s more or less totally backwards. (or is it more like “not even wrong”?) An ion is an atom or molecule that either has gained or lost an electron or electrons. They teach this shit in grade school, don’t they? Junior high, at least…
Oh, also, the Parthenon isn’t either in Rome or domed (he must have meant the Pantheon), a cathode is not a “capacitor or battery,” and “cathedral” comes from the word “cathedra,” meaning “bishop’s seat.” Basically, I think the only thing he got right is that copper and gold are conductors.
