Can you show any evidence to the contrary? How many black women received a PhD before 1960? There are a few exceptions (all white, that I can think of), like Ada Lovelace and Marie Curie, but they were either born rich, or fought very hard to get it.

Er, what? I do object, but I object to the extremely broad stereotyping of hundreds of millions of women. There are both demure and seductive women in all parts of the world, and a lot of women are both demure and seductive, depending on their current mood. Most women (and men) are probably somewhere between demure and seductive, most of the time.
Most modern feminists have a lot of feminine traits and embrace their femininity.
