Recently my sister-in-law committed suicide, and I attended the funeral with my wife and five children. At the funeral there was much talk of how the aforementioned sister-in-law is in a better place, which as I Christian I know not to be true. Suicide is an act against God that is punished with burning hellfire for all eternity. I don't want my kids to get the idea that my sister-in-law is in a better place, because that would be lying to them about the intentions of God and His punishments. My wife has been unreceptive to my wishes to tell my children of this, so how can I convince her that I'm right. If I can't, I'll tell the kids anyway, if this is the case, how do I tell them?

Long story short, my eldest 'son', Kevin who I disowned for being a homosexual commited suicide this morning and blamed me for all his problems in his suicide note.

Despite this confirming my long-held view that the boy was hellbound from the get-go, my wife (who is blinded by love and was against disowning him despite it being the scripturally correct thing to do) has packed up her things and left, and is saying she will file for divorce. She says that she will use my son's note and the fact that I won't be attending his funeral as grounds to get custody of our youngest son, Daryl.

I can't let this happen. I blame her too-lenient approach to parenting for Kevin's sinful choices and cannot bear the thought of my only living child being led into an ungodly lifestyle that can only end with him burning in hell with his twisted brother and harlot of a mother.

What legal steps can I take to ensure that his mother cannot gain custody of Daryl? Please help me, God Bless.
