I have noticed many prideful people who clearly understand Christian doctrine hate Christianity but are still unwilling to admit their pride. You would think a prideful person would be prideful enough to admit their pride unless maybe their pride is a cover-up for the fact they are really hurting deep down inside.

I remember back in the 80s I was in a book store. I held a copy of Hubbards book and then held a copy of the holy bible. Not only was the bible smaller and easier to read but there was more truth in just the title alone. How painful it is to see people falling for this malarky.

We were driving through downtown Portland with all my kids in the car and there was a great big billboard for a gay matchmaking website with two naked men standing snuggled together, wrapped in an american flag. I tried to casually distract the kids, but my 8 year old son was scarred for life.
You're going to get a BIG kick out of this... My sons (9 and 11) were bugging me to watch Harry Potter movies when a neighborhood boy wanted to let them borrow his. So, I sat down and told them what they were going to be seeing and what God says about it, and told them that they should pray for their hearts and minds to be protected and that God would give them discernment about what was good and bad about them. Anyway... they thought the first movie was cool, but in the second movie, or was it the third... I don't recall... anyway, there's a scene, when they get to the 'wizard school', there's a choir performing a 'witch song'... bubble bubble toil and trouble, all that jazz... and at the end, they sing, "Something wicked this way comes!" My 9 year old son's jaw hits the floor and he turns the movie off. He says, "MOM! You were right!! They're not even TRYING to hide it anymore!" Gotta love that Holy Spirit!

They are in need because of how they're living, not because they don't make enough money. This part of the country doesn't have the harsh winters that MN has but more importantly this part of the country is largely rural and most people depend on wood or coal for fuel. This doesn't cost anything other than a little sweat during the summer and fall.
And before you even BEGIN to think you can lecture me about being poor, sick and needy all at the same time you need to back up and think about where I came from. I'M FROM THE SAME AREA THAT THIS LADY WAS FROM! I know first hand how poor the area is and I know WHY it's poor. It's called laziness. I know how hard it is to work a minimum wage job with no insurance and have to pay for a hospital bill. Don't even begin to think that just because I have a good job now that I was always like this, so get down off your liberal high-horse.
These people live like this because they WANT to, not because they HAVE to. I know, I've lived and worked in this area for decades and I still have family in this area. These people know liberals like hidden will try to "understand" them and will give them money without ever trying to find out what's actually going on. They're crooks and deserve to be treated as such!
the other day I saw a plane, didnt realize it was a plane at first though, and my heart started beating a little faster with anticipation [for the Rapture] for a few seconds. Yah, Ive been watching maybe a little too hard recently. lol

i find it hard to focus on school. my grades have slipped unfortunately but i really dont see much of a point anymore. I wanted to be an architect but im not sure if i'll be on this earth long enough to graduate HS anymore, which doesnt bother me much considerign i'd be graduating life in a way :P...i think that i probably need to get my act together and still do well in school but its extremely difficult when all these things are going on around me, all i want to do is go home and sit down in front of the comp and read rapture ready into the wee hours of the morning while reading my bible.
personally, i dont think i have a need for planning that far into the future given my stance on the end times which i cant say here because it would be date setting (i think, oh well), but for me i dont see a point, i know it would make me look stupid if none of the things that i think are going to happen happen and i end up living to be an old man, but even in that scenario i put my trust and my faith in God and i know he'll pull me through whatever challenges i encounter.
Basically no, i dont think we need long-term planning at this stage, maybe long term for other people, as a guide, but not for christians.
It's funny, every time I hear a noise that is remotely like a trumpet, I stop and wait to see if I am flying upwards!

I worked as a hospice nurse for 12 years, and these accounts are accurate. It was an awesome privilege. I remember one experience that was not so awesome. A man who was known for being mean to his neighbors and then mean to our staff was sent to the ER for severe agitation during the last hours of his death. Hospice deaths are usually very peaceful, but he thrashed around that bed until the staff had no choice but to "knock him out" with morphine. We wondered if he caught a glimpse of where he was going.

I honestly didn't know people still believe in them. I assumed (wrongly I realize now) that with the advances in technology that people were growing out of alot of superstitions.

You know, I just had a really morbid thought. If I were to die and have my organs donated, what would happen to the people who received my organs when the Rapture happens? I mean if my body is reconstructed and glorified, to the parts vanish from the donee's body? I think I'll leave that situation to God (or not be a donor).
I still think that all UFOs and aliens are only demonic hoaxes. Usualy these aliens when they visit people tell very very anti-biblical things, including all religions are right, and some even talk about the "bad people" being taken away I think. Don't worry about it brother. Anyone who disagrees with evolution HAS to have SOMETHING wrong with them....that includes me, you, and anyone else who objects to the logical error that is evolution. Any evidence presented against it that cannot be plainly shown false, has to be discounted in some other way. Personal attacks and character assassination is not out of the question.
You know how I always say I witness to telemarketers? Well just a few minutes ago I had another one...another foreigner with a heavy accent, most likely from India...and I think I got through to him, folks!!!! Please, everyone pray for whoever that man is! He LISTENED to me! He kept saying "you are right" and "yes I have heard that" as I went into my spiel of "Do you know Jesus died for your sins? The only way you can go to heaven is by believing Jesus died on the cross as payment for your sins. Jesus paid the price. Believe and ask God for forgiveness and you will be saved." He LISTENED! When I asked him if he has a Bible, he said yes! He also said he DID believe Jesus died on the cross. When I asked him if he is a Christian, he said no. I think he was being truthful and carefully weighing what I was saying, and I begged with him when he got home to open his Bible to Romans and read the whole book, and he said he would. And...get this...he THANKED ME for taking the time to talk to him about this. He said nobody else he ever called cared enough to!! I also told him that time is running out, and I briefly explained about the Rapture and Tribulation. He listened to me! When it was over, he said, can we talk about business (mortgage refinance)? I replied, no, sorry, I'm not interested in discussing a mortgage, and he still thanked me.
I heard a preacher say that withcraft and demon worship activity is at the highest level between midnight and 3:00 am. This is often the time when our rest is disturbed from nightmares and worries about the future.
Dont you all find it rather ironic that almost every sunday night you can find a new "super-disaster" movie on TV? I certainly do. Tonight, 11/13, is "Category 7 Storm" night, i remember over the summer i watched "Super-Earthquake" night and "Yellowstone Eruption" night. My mom(who, sadly to say, is not very religious, actually, she is not religious at all) enjoys these quite a bit, and i get to hear one every night while she watches it. I remember there was one where three storm systems collided over Chicago(my city...ouch) and produced some crazy effects.
Anyway, i think its almost mocking (perhaps satan is making these movies so people dont realize its all from the Bible) that these movies are being made at a time like this, but of course its ironic. Because in a way this is showing pieces of what is going to happen during the tribulation to all those alive today. I suppose that most people will not see these movies and pick up a Bible to read it concerning prophecy, but all these movies are showing the fulfillment of various prophecies regarding the Tribulation(although the prophecies arent' specific, and i do not have enough of a knowledge of the bible to give you verses). Anyway, i just thought i would mention the clear Irony in these movies and see if anyone else feels the same way or could put some scripture up to accent my post.

Today we see the same thing happening. First you wipe him out of the public arena then you wage war on the holy ones who call upon his name. Can we stop it no. We can't give in to it through for Daniel and many others could have hid to pray. No one would have known. But these prophets knew if they did their salvation was at stake. Thus is the purpose of this post is to warn any who doesn't know the consequence's of denying his name and to say persecution of the saints is upon us and because of this we know Jesus is at the door. I haven't had any eager thoughts on cleaning up my house, but I did have the following situation that just happened today. I have the following system set up:
I work for an insurance company and have my own office. If I do not participate on a weekly conference call, my manager has to come secure my laptop and files. I have written a letter titled "Urgent Message- Please Read Immediately" and placed it on my file cabinet. The letter gives a quick synopsis of what has happened and asks my manager to go to my home (2 miles down the road...map enclosed). The letter tells him where I have hidden a key and instructs him to go into my attic where I have a fire safe that contains approx 70 letters. Each letter is the same and details the events of the rapture and the hope found in JESUS. Letters are addressed to unsaved friends, restaurants, businesses, media outlets, etc. However, I used the key that I had hid for an emergency situation and have not gotten around to heading out to the depot to get another key made. I felt a great urgency this weekend to go get that key made.
Of course, I made the mistake of ignoring the Holy Spirit. This morning I believe God decided to give me a further push. I received a call from my manager saying that he has been instructed to obtain a key from each of our offices so he will have access to our files as quickly as possible should any unforeseen event occur. He will stop by my office in the morning to pick up the office key. I knew immediately that I will be headed out after work to get another office key made and also get the house (rapture) key made to place back in the hidden spot. Now listen to this twist. I can definitely see satan trying to screw this up. I noticed about an hour earlier that my house key was missing. It must have fallen off my keychain somehow. I called my wife so I can get her key, and she tells me that she had taken the key off of her keychain this morning and now she can't find it. Fortunately, she just called back and said she had gone through her car and finally found it. Is this all coincidence or a deeper spiritual battle? Is there an urgency for me to get this key made to help spread the truth after the rapture? I know my thoughts but I don't have a definitive answer.
One of the smartest men I've ever met [clearly annointed!!!] is Dr. Kent Hovind. He holds a PhD and taught high school science for almost 30 years. Now he goes around the world debating Creationism vs evolution for the Lord.
He has more proof for Creation and the plausibility of the literal 6-day creation than anyone I've ever heard...........and he knows it's from God. I wouldn't be saved without him. I'm one of those nerdy types who always needs to know why and how. This man had more fact to back up his argument that I found myself on my knees in tears as an atheist one night, KNOWING that God really IS true, and better yet, He loves me, warts and all.
I've heard Carter say he was a born again Christian......... odd that he could hate the "religious right" so much if he is sincere in what he says about his Christianity.
I sure would love to know what kind of thinking is going on in his head.
The Mark of the Beast is evidently something practical as well as spiritual. It functions like a national id system/ration card. In signing up for this "system" the receipent will als undergo a Luciferic initation. Whether or not they fully understand the implications of what they are doing I don't know, but by the time the Mark is instituted food is getting short , and they are probably more interested in eating than in what cult they belong to.

Pat Robertson is right on. And I am tired of Christians being soft and fuzy about God loving all. God loves, but His love is constrained by His Holiness and Jealousy for His Glory. This is why instead of willy nilly forgiving people, He preferred to have His Son suffer the consequences of their sins than to sully His righteous character.

I just returned from what could have been a most devasting, heartbreaking harrowing experience for me. Instead ... I had a most awesome, POWERFUL experience being in the presence of the Lord & His Angels.
Let me now share:
I went to a landscape nursery taking my 2 dogs with me as I ususally do when I run errands. They love going for rides & they always stay in the car.
This nursery is right off a very busy main road. The parking lot is pretty deep inside & hardly any cars there.
I got out of the car...and returned to it after learning the nursery went out of business.
As I opened the door to get in, my dogs barged out, pushing me aside & began running like happy go lucky wild maniacs. ( I have to mention that I'm not a physically strong person right now & have trouble walking.)
They ran towards the main road. As soon as I saw them take off, I extended my left arm out in the air in front of me & immediately began to say in a LOUD VOICE : I CLAIM SAFETY FOR MY DOGS IN THE NAME OF JESUS. I CLAIM SAFETY FOR MY DOGS IN THE NAME OF JESUS. I CLAIM SAFETY FOR MY DOGS IN THE NAME OF JESUS. I must have stated this about 20 times in a very calm demeaner. I was filled with innerpeace (beyond all understanding.)
After walking about for a bit, (unable to walk fast, much less run) Spunky ran towards me, but past me. He began to smell some flowers & as I walked towards him, I said: IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I COMMAND YOU TO STOP. IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I COMMAND YOU TO STOP. IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I COMMAND YOU TO STOP.
Spunky (who doesn't sit very still & does not ususually obey 'me') did not move at all as I approached him. He stood very still as if he was unable to move.
When I reached him, I placed the leash around his collar & took him to the car. As he was getting in, the cars on the road began honking.
Once more, I extended my left arm out & began to say: I CLAIM SAFETY FOR LEAH IN THE NAME OF JESUS. I also said 'Angels of God, you who minister to me, protect my dog from harm's way, in the name of Jesus.' After speaking that, I continued to proclaim again 'IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I CLAIM SAFETY FOR LEAH...Over & Over.
I did not know if she had crossed the street or not but as I got closer to the edge, of the road, Leah came running towards me & stopped in front of me. I placed the leash around her collar & brought her back to the car.
I'm on my way back to another nursery or Home Depot but the kids ARE STAYING HOME !!!! No more RIDES FOR THEM !!!

The night I finally accepted Jesus as Savior, a friend and I went to a restaurant we frequented. There was a picture of a baby in a papoose on the wall. We had seen it innumerable times. It was actually a cute picture and I often noticed it because it was on the wall right near the restrooms. Until this night, I never gave it a thought. On this night, when we entered our booth, I noticed the picture leering at me. Not just following me with it's eyes, it had taken on some dimension and it was grinning evily at me and leering. My friend saw it too. The leering would follow me all the way to the bathroom, then would start as soon as I broke the plane of the wall and came from the hallway where the bathrooms were. The booth was also extra cold - maybe a good 10 degrees colder than the rest of the restaurant. We ate our food then headed out to my friend's truck to take a drive. What ever that thing was, and I do believe it was a demon, followed us and entered the truck with us. As we drove, it tried to enter me. I cried out to God in that hour, I was saved, and that thing left, hightailed it out of there.
