If you’re perfectly healthy and your family makes you get a Covid shot or test just to see them for Christmas, get a new family.

If your perfectly healthy you don’t have Covid so there isn’t a problem taking a test.
Plus this is amazingly self centered. No notice at all that possibly, just maybe, other members of the family have medical issues that make exposure extra risky.
So there really IS a war on Christmas. It’s being waged by idiots like has-been Hercules here. For these idiots Christmas isn’t about the spirit of giving, the love of your friends and family, or silly old religious values… it’s about asserting your “moral” dominance by any means available even if it makes a mockery of what you claim your morals are, having an excuse to ostracize others and pick fights at the dinner table, to suck the joy from the world and express ill will to all who would rather celebrate the holidays peacefully if it doesn’t reinforce your beliefs as the only valid ones.
Decades ago, before this whole Coronavirus thing, I had all the vaccinations going when I was at school: my parents didn't even know until I returned home and told them.
There are times, Kevin Sorearse, when a family not caring means they do care.
So i an perfectly healthy and double vaccinated and still got this stupid virus (luckily until now without any real consequences safe for a few days of feeling like shit).
So yeah no matter how healthy you are or how special you think you are, please get the stupid shot, ask the doc for a candy after it if you are so afraid
If your family gets its medical advice from an actor that was a washed up has-been decades ago, get a new family.
Fixed that for you.
Or maybe your family just want to be able to have such events without causing members to fell ill or even die. For exemple, in my house, my pregnant sister haven’t come because she feared COVID our brother had contracted.
Confused?
