Allison Bailey is the very definition of ‘intersectional feminism’. The fact that MRAs & their neo-lib feminists have gone after her proves gender woo woo is not a civil rights movement but a totalitarian, misogynistic & lesbophobic movement.

The enemy of her enemy is her enemy?
I did a quick check on her, and while I’m not 100% sure where she falls on everything, she doesn’t seem to be the sort to align with MRAs unless she has no idea what they’re really like. Though this quote in particular stands out (at least to me):
“I do not think trans people are paedophiles per se. I believe self ID creates a significant deficit in safeguarding that abusive men can & will exploit. This should not be viewed as controversial.”

Unless she happened to be born in 1988, I'd presume the numbers stood for “Heil, Hitler,” and she's a Nazi.
I did more checking, and I was unable to confirm that she was either born in 1988 or has ties to Nazi groups. (Closest I could find is that she’s signal boosted at least some of the extreme anti-trans views of Posie Parker, who does have ties to White Nationalists, but that’s a weak connection.) I also completely misunderstood the message in the OP - it appears that Allison Bailey is a prominent member of LGB Alliance (for the lurkers: a group which believes that TQIA+ people don’t belong in the LGBTQIA+ movement), and Caroline McAllister (the above CallieMac88, who is currently a member of the Albion Party, was in the Scottish National Party until 2020) thinks Bailey is an Intersectional Feminist seemingly for the sole reason of her supporting “LGB rights”. However, the “neo-lib feminists” which she’s referring to are actual Intersectional Feminists and Bailey leans heavily Gender Critical / TERF.
Apparently, there’s been some friction in recent years as some members of the SNP (Scottish National Party, center-left, overwhelmingly in control of Parliament at present) want a “compromise” between the Intersectionalist and Gender Critical views by requiring trans women to be “no longer genitally intact” before being allowed a legal gender change, in order to really, *really* discourage predatory men from pretending to be trans women in order to gain access to women’s spaces. (Most are not denying trans women are women, instead saying that cis women’s need for “sex-based protections” should be a higher priority than trans rights.) The majority of the SNP, but not an overwhelming majority, instead support lowering barriers for trans people to change their legal sex. Caroline McAllister (CallieMac88) supported the “compromise” view back in 2017-2019, but since then she’s taken on more extreme views and left the SNP for the Albion Party (center-right, fairly new, very little power at present), and a handful of others have as well.
Yeah, I fell down a rabbit hole there. And I didn’t even find what I was looking for. But that should give full context who she is and what’s going on here.
Confused?
