Destroying the USA from the inside was as easy as turning 1 in every 44 children autistic by putting thiomersal (mercury) in their vaccines, metal that accumulates in the brain. The projection is that one in every two children will be autistic.

Neurodivergence is not destroying the US! Autistic people are not destroying the US! It is being destroyed by assholes who can’t handle other people getting rights! People that are so homophobic, racist, sexist, ableist, transphobic, etc, that they are willing to give up democracy just so that others suffer are the ones destroying the country, not people with autism!

…You know what, fine, I’ll play along. Let’s assume for a moment that more and more people are becoming autistic. And let’s assume for a moment that those autists are artificially engineered rather than naturally born. So what? No, really, what’s so terrible about autistic people? Do you even know what the autism spectrum is? Because I do, as I AM in the autism spectrum myself. Specifically, I have Asperger’s syndrome, yet you would hardly recognize it unless you really knew me. I simply look and act that “normal” when there’s people around.
Autism isn’t a disease. Nor are we mentally unwell. Our brains are just wired slightly differently from neurotypical people, which has both benefits and downsides to us.
And quite frankly, if you represent what neurotypical people are (aka homophobic, racist, ableist, sexist, mean, and just outright willfully ignorant), then the USA could really use more autistic people in power to “fix” it.
Vaccines don’t cause autism, but do you know what does do measurable brain damage that is being pointedly ignored in parts of Canada and a hell of a lot of the U.S. that affects children? (And my oh my what a coincidence this problem corresponds to areas with racial populations our countries have a long history of treating like garbage.)
Lead in the drinking water from aging pipes.
Pipes that could be replaced but somehow the budget always decides that something else is more important elsewhere. Especially galling when that’s replacing someone else’s not-quite-as-aged pipes.
Destroying the world is as easy as letting bigots make up whatever the hell they want to believe to justify treating everyone else like crap and blaming whatever they please to deflect when it spills back on them. Whether it’s along racial lines, attacking anyone that doesn’t fit into enforced norms, or manufactured moral panics.
