Florida’s surgeon general, Joseph Ladapo, has announced plans to end all state vaccine mandates, including for children to attend schools, likening the mandates to “slavery.”

“Every last one of them is wrong and drips with disdain and slavery,” Ladapo said at a news conference in Tampa on Wednesday. “Who am I as a government or anyone else, or who am I as a man standing here now to tell you what to do with your body?”

“People have a right to make their own decisions, informed decisions,” he added.

Vaccines are more like that one 1865 act which ended the slavery of disease.

Unless, of course, it’s about sex changes or abortions or literally anything else. Then it IS your mandate to tell people what to do with their own bodies, right? You effin’ hypocrite.

See, that’s what I despise the most about these right-wingers, most republicans, or MAGAtards in general. Not their inane beliefs per se, but that they are the biggest hypocrites imaginable about those inane beliefs.

It was an enslaved person named Onesimus who taught the practices of variolation and inoculation to his enslaver, Cotton Mather who spread the practice across Boston. Those activities were the predecessors to modern vaccines.

When you say dumb things like this you’re especially insulting Onesimus.

Ladapo is a traitor to his medical degree and his graduate degree in public health; it’s like a draft-dodger named general or a gangster becoming police chief.

And yeah, between the fact that Florida is the USA’s retiremnt house, the numerous attraction parks such as Disneyworld, the cruise ships and the airports, this decision is going to kill a lot of people around the world.
