so I did scroll that tweet a bit lower, and did find someone giving a full name (“Princess Zoee Marie Andromeda Love”), which did give some hits for the usual suspects (i.e. transphobic sites). here is an archive link (archive so they don’t get hits) to one of those https://archive.md/SJTKi . For what it’s worth, here’s a National Review article talking about this, though I’m admittedly not sure what to think about that, as I can’t find any other sources in that article other than WoLF (yeah…) and the National Review itself.
