(Response to a tweet condemning J.K. Rowling’s blatantly open transphobia regarding trans women in the women’s bathrooms)
Good.
Trans people are mentally ill.
Transphobia is a natural and fair reaction to a cancerous ideology that needs to be stamped out.
All you lot should be rounded up and put in prison, you're fucking terrorists.

Okay… Let’s for the sake of argument assume for a moment that Trans people are “mentally ill” (they’re not, btw). Why does that then make them terrorists that need to be put in prison? Most civilized societies agree that mentally ill people need treatement , not punishment. And treatement IS what transfolk are getting IRL in civilized societies.
You’re kinda contradicting yourself here by showing your psychotic behavior…
The only cancerous ideology here is your bigotry, OP.
The sooner that’s completely stamped out, the better.

That’s a damn good point. I actually know a woman, never met in her in real life, but have talked to her online for I forget how long, she always told me she has some kind of “personality disorder” (which are in fact classified as “mental illness”). She’s definitely uh…quirky, to say the least, but if anyone told me she should “rounded up and put in prison”, they can ruck right off, because that’s one of my best friends they’re talking about.
“Good.
Trans people are mentally ill.”
Which would mean they’re not responsible for what they do, huh? So it would make little sense to treat them as criminals if they’re not actually hurting anyone?
“Transphobia is a natural and fair reaction to a cancerous ideology that needs to be stamped out.”
Phobias are irrational by the very definition of the word.
And, please, show me on the doll how my son’s pronouns affect you in the slightest?
“All you lot should be rounded up and put in prison, you're fucking terrorists.”
No, I’m only fucking my wife and she can’t shoot worth a damn.
But make up your mind. Is it a mental condition, an ideology, or a political movement?

Is it a mental condition, an ideology, or a political movement?
'What is transgender?' said the transphobe indifferently. 'It can be a mental condition, an ideology or a political movement, according as we need it. Do you suppose our minds are unequal to that? Have you forgotten doublethink?'

Like communism, Marxism, Socialism, religion, climate change, women’s rights, suffrage, the Oxford Comma, and healthcare…
How can transgenderism be a mental illness and an ideology at the same time?
But then, bigotry doesn't ever make sense.
Yeah, yeah we know the drill by now, we are whatever you want us to be at any given moment. Switch it up, nobody’s even amused anymore.
Confused?
