Perhaps it is, that's legally debatable. MURDER is most definitely not, once a jury convicts someone, and this sounds like a really nasty one. So don't say they were "asking for it" - or I will SCREAM!
Most of the time no one was tricked. That’s the lie people tell in hopes of getting a lighter sentence.
And if someone’s not who or what I was expecting, I just dump them. Murder’s waaay over the top.
As far as disclosure of one's trans status, in a serious relationship it will probably come out and probably should if you really are in love. However, if I don't tell you I'm trans at first and you're attracted to me, so what? I'm a woman. If you can't accept that I don't want to be with you anyway. But don't act like I tricked you if we've been going out for a while before you find out I'm trans. And if it's only a casual sex thing honestly you don't fucking need to know. Well, I mean, I have no experience with that myself, but that's how I feel. Personally, I'd only date a guy if I knew beforehand that he was okay with dating a trans woman. But that's also because I'm honestly afraid that if I'm not careful when I start dating I will be murdered by some transphobic waste of skin.
You, Ginuray, disgust me. The woman in question here is dead. She died in a fire. She was probably murdered. If you think that was a good thing, if you think it was in any way justifiable, then, well, I'd say you should also die in a fire, but in truth what I really hope is that something much much worse happens to you. I'd elaborate further, but I honestly think if I tried to think about it I might start to hate myself.
That is a huge jump in logic. Ginuray doesn't k is that's why she was killed. Even if that was why she was killed that's no an excuse.
Now trans Women should be up front as not every man would want to date a woman who was born a man. However that isn't even the issue here.
I don’t know if this is true in other countries but in the UK you used to be able to claim ‘homosexual panic’ as a defence. Basically that a gay person made a pass at you and you panicked and battered (or even murdered) them.
It goes without saying that most people who claimed this were either violent shits who went round beating up gays, or closet cases themselves who’d just been having sex with said gay person.
Anyway that’s what this reminds me of - a ‘transsexual panic’ defence, which if it was to become law, would be used by exactly the same type of individual.

JFC, a transwoman was probably murdered and all you can do is whine about how trans women are evil beings who "trick" the poor straight males into sleeping with them!!?!
It never ceases to amaze me how many straight men seem to think that murder is an acceptable response to finding out the attractive women they were attracted to/kissed/slept with has/had an icky nasty peeenis.
