All humans except for the intelligent/talented ones should be put in cages

Humans have no significant evolutionary purpose. Sure, we homo sapiens are relatively intelligent than other animals but even among us are humans more intelligent than us. The ones with an IQ of 130 or over should have authority amd lead the human civilization to success through scientific research. Whereas, the rest of humans should be put in cages and occasionally used for reproduction so the human population doesn't go extinct and so we can hopefully find intelligent kids. If a human baby as a result of that reproduction turns out to be intelligent, then group it with the intelligent ones and use it for scientific development. If it isn't intelligent then throw it in separate cages and feed it so it survives. When it reaches adulthood, use it for reproduction. If a human baby has birth defects then eradicate it from existence. Our goal should be becoming a type 2 civilization and keep advancing ourselves for complete and full enlightenment and advancement.

OK, then the obvious question would be, who decides if people are “intelligent/talented” or not, and by what criteria? The only one they mentioned was IQ tests, but I think the only thing those really measure is how someone does on IQ tests.

Aaaaaand that’s where they went from “asshole elitist” to “literally evil”. (and that’s not a word I use seriously very often) I have a cousin who was born with a cleft lip. He had a lot of surgeries to correct it, he’s like 49 or 50 years old or so and you wouldn’t know it now. I don’t really know what his IQ score would be but he’s definitely talented. It always annoyed me that he started playing guitar a few years after I did, but quickly got WAY better than me, LOL

You know, it baffles me how all these elitists who want to “kill off >95% of humanity” never stop to think of the logistics of that. I mean even if we’re going to assume that said >95% of humanity is not going to resist, then what? Who is going to do all the menial labour needed to keep the world functioning for the remaining <5%? Because last time I checked, said elite <5% haven’t build/invented sufficiently advanced robotics to do all that…

Even Thanos’ plan to kill off “only” 50% makes vastly more sense than this all things considered.

It’s like the big bad’s plan in Kingsman. Never did he stop to consider “what to do with the billions of corpses of all the people killed so the elite can live?” either. Because that alone would cause an ecological collapse…

Right there, you used one pronoun twice to refer to two different groups of humans.
First, all humans are among ‘us,’ second ‘us’ is only the humanity not including the more intelligent ones. Golly, there just HAS to be a better way to convey this.

I don’t think this is eugenics. That involves trimming the fruit tree.

Here, we’re isolating the dumb ones so they won’t bother the smart civilization, but when they mature, we’re tapping them as a reproduction resource. Making sure the dumbgenes will show up in the next generation as well….

This is just dumbshit entitlement with an incel understanding of biology.

And if 95% of the population is in cages, then the ONLY thing the remaining 5% will be doing is feeding the caged population.

Worse yet, the OP presumes they'd have an IQ over the cutoff.

Seriously, breeding for IQ hasn't generally given us wunderkind prodigies, where as children whose mother received adequate prenatal prenatal care and nutrition tend to do better in school.

I suspect that any actual genetic base of intelligence is so multiloci and heterozygous that we'll never succeed in a breeding program intended to give us a population of intellectual rulers.
