HOW MANY scifi plots are based on the fact that non-life robots and AI cannot feel emotions?

So no emotions, no logic, no trust in your own capacity for conscience, no doubt in an external source for your conscience except that you doubt the capacity of any human for good so anyone pushing “God” therefore cannot be trusted on a logical or emotional basis despite also not being able to trust yourself…
