Well, if the physician eliminates or helps prevents your sickness and disease, which after all is generally what they’re trying to do, seems to me like you’d be in….health!

Also, tho, hmm….maybe it’s just semantics, but when I broke my ankle about 8 years ago, a physician called a surgeon fixed it up so that it’s now as good as it ever was. I wouldn’t call a broken bone a “sickness” or “disease” really.

I dunno, tho, do games like that even have songs with lyrics in them usually? Like, if I think about music I remember from video games, the only song with lyrics that comes to my mind is one from the indie hentai RPG I play a lot, lol. Wait a minute….an Arabic-language STREET SIGN of all things = “clown world”?? What? I don’t know, but I think it’s pretty safe to assume the reason for such a thing existing would be that there’s a decent population of Arabic-speakers in the area. So it’s “clown world” if a country wants to accommodate people who speak a different language, really?

Personally, I grew up and really spent the majority of my life not too far from Dearborn, Michigan. I remember a long time ago, for some reason I found myself at a McDonalds there where I noticed signs in both English and Arabic. All I thought of it was pretty much “oh, that’s something I haven’t seen before, but it makes sense, given where I am” (one of if not THE largest concentrations of Arab-Americans in the US, I believe)
