Interesting question, and we're getting into thoughtcrimes territory now.
If the fantasy remains harmless, meaning it doesn't result in the man demeaning women as deserving of rape, then the answer is no. Just as women who fantasize about being raped don't deserve to actually be raped. Sexual fantasies often break taboos as part of the thrill.
The problem is that real rapists also fantasize about their victims, and then bring their fantasies into the real world. And men who never translate these ideas about women into action can still hold very negative opinions that denigrate women as a class.
It's a complicated question with no clear-cut answer. Very thought-provoking.
