That said, you might wanna checkout the 1923 Uniform Marriage and Marriage Licensing Act and the 1971 Uniform Marriage & Divorce Act. Both state, "Marriage is a personal relationship between a man and a woman arising out of a civil contract to which the consent of the parties is essential.".

In the Obergefell Decision NEITHER of those is mentioned in the Decision at all. So SCOTUS did not find them Unconstitutional and therefore they are still on the books. So legally, that means that any marriage license issued to a couple that is not of opposite sexes is invalid.

Since SCOTUS can NOT "make" Law and they didn't address the current Law on the books, it'll be interesting to see if what would happen if a challenge is brought by Moore, AL, NC or another State. At best, they could rule that the entire Marriage Licensing Act/Uniform Marriage & Divorce Act is/are void, which would mean an immediate cessation of marriage licenses.

Then a state could pass a law stating that marriage can only be used for unions of man and woman. It would no doubt be challenged and possibly overturned by some liberal activist judge or District Court.

This might open the door for another case on SSM to be considered by SCOTUS and if something were to happen to Ginsberg or Kennedy or one of the other Liberal Activists on the Court, I'd say there's a good probability that the original dissenters and Constitutionalists like Gorsuch would revisit the issue.

It's not like it's not happened before. If Obergefell were to be overturned, it certainly would NOT be the first time.

As with many laws that start with "uniform," the Uniform Marriage and Divorce Act isn't a law at all. It was a model that states could choose to adopt or not adopt as they saw fit. Only 8 states did: Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana and Washington. None of those states ever relied on it to limit the genders of people who were allowed to marry. The "man and woman" language was just there as a common convention of what the definition of marriage was.

I have no idea what the Uniform Marriage and Marriage Licensing Act is. The only reference I found to it was an unlinked comment on a bodybuilding forum.

The evidence for the verasity of the KJV Bible we hold in our hands being the same Bible that was written by the 66 writers over thousands of years is rock solid. Any that would attempt to say otherwise base it on a pre conceived notion that Jesus is not the Messiah. And not any scholarly criticism.
For example, the book of Isaiah found in the Dead Sea scrolls is 1000 years older than the texts that were used to translate the KJV. And there is virtually no difference between the two. And certainly no difference that would prove the Bible we hold today is corrupted so that we can not know the truth of man's need for salvation. And Jesus' fulfilling that need.

The United States Suprement Court in 1963 in case of School District of Abington Township v. Schempp states Secularism is unconstitutional prefering those who do not believe over those who do believe...it is the duty of government to deter nonbelief religions....facilities of government cannot offend religious principles. Five. About 2% of homosexuals are in a committed same sex relationship, They are the exception to the rule but you never make policy based on the exception.
Six. As for monogamous relationships among homosexuals they virtually do not exist full stop. Research has been done and TV programmes made that most same sex relationships are not monogamous. The homosexual in the TV programmes have admitted monogamous relationships are boring so they find others to have sex with.

Sinners came to sit with Christ as he sat and ate (Matt 9) and he was questioned by the Pharisees as to why he would allow that. Christ made it clear in Mark 2:17, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”

Christ came to save sinners, that's the reason for his life, death and resurrection...destroy sin (1John3:8) and save those who love and obey him (John 14:21-24). We cannot say that we love and obey God if we do the opposite of his word. We're either with God or against him (Matthew 12:30, John 3:34).

Yes, we are to love others, but "love doesn't...rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth" 1 Cor 13:6. To condone the sins of others is doing a great injustice, not only to them, but to ourselves, "Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good." Romans 12:9. We also have to keep from polluting ourselves by not condoning/partaking in the sins of others...Ephesians 5:1-21 goes into great detail about this very thing.

There comes a point when Christians will have to choose.
Matthew 10:37-39 He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it.

Secondly no scientists need to believe that populations of fish of the past are their ancestors to do their job. Being that there is scientific fact concerning Adam and Eve, this should be reason enough for it to be taught in schools, it is shows proof that our origin comes from God creating male and female and that we did not evolve from a monkey,fish or whatever they claim. This is a basic biblical foundation. Knowledge and faith go hand in hand. God gives us knowledge and we can choose to believe Him or not which requires faith. Have been a Christian for about 15 years, prior to that, I was happy living without God, enjoying my sins, living in ignorance. Wasn't until some God 'botherers' bothered me about the gospel. At first I rejected it, like most do, I resorted to the evolution excuse, ( I wanted to continue watching my porn, lying when convenient, enjoyed gossip, returning hate for hate etc) but when I began to look further into what the bible had to say, coupled with the very weak 'proofs' of evolution, I became convicted as the bible makes clear all those aforementioned sins will cost me my soul at death.
Only the bible makes clear sense as to our origins, the reason for evil (both satan and our sin) and the sure most thing that we will all have to travel through: death. Not only that, through faith I know God personally, I have put my trust in his son Jesus Christ who was historically crucified for my sins. I will never go back to how I was prior to knowing Christ.

If a person wants to commit suicide, there is little stopping him or her from doing it. What the people advocating these laws are doing is seeking approval for it. They know it's wrong, but want the law to tell them it's okay "because it's legal". This is the same rational used in legal baby murder (abortion) and legal sexual perversion (homosexual "marriage") and legal no-fault divorce (which is adultery). Just because it's legal doesn't mean it's Righteous.

God included healing in the Covenant made through Jesus (the) Christ between Him and Believers so that we wouldn't have to be slaves to physical ailments. Look to God and His Word, Jesus (the) Christ. Don't look to the government for a law to help you in your time of need. Those who have rejected God and His Word are walking a Dark Path and leading as many other people as they can down the same. When people turn away from God's Word, Jesus (the) Christ, they open themselves to all sorts of lies and twisted ideals.

Personally, I don't believe they could prove or disprove something like that. They can say they can theorize the position but there can be no proof about it. Even evolution has not been Proven without a doubt, because there is no way to know what started everything; again it is a theory.
You are welcome to believe whatever you want, and I am able to have my own beliefs. They may not agree, but it's still our rights. We can get along even when our beliefs don't match.
You see, whether there was one thing or another really doesn't matter in our lives, because we live regardless of the fact. Wanting to know is a personal thing too, because not everyone cares and are just glad they have a life to live. Discussing something that we have different viewpoints can be done as long as there is respect on both sides.
I'm afraid I don't agree with your 'evolution' theory. It misses too much about how the whole world is connected and how so many things rely on other things to survive at all.
Evolution is not a believable thing to someone who believes in God being the creator. It just does not work together at all.

Law is rooted in religion, therefore, there is a moral aspect to law. Since there is no higher law than God's, All Societies throughout history have had laws that govern society as a means of restraining evil and bringing about justice, peace and order, I.E. an objective moral truth. (Rom. 13:1-7).

Medicine and Science also must rely on an objective moral standard, otherwise there would be no ethics to govern what they should do or not do.

Homosexuality has been around for a long time! So what? So has religion. Ask a Baboon how he feels about his homosexuality, and I bet he would not understand a word of it or know what that is. Scientists should be really careful in trying to ascribe human moral imperatives to the animal kingdom. I.E. the animal kingdom has nothing to teach us about morality!!!
