Well, judging from what she says there, I’m guessing it’s more a case of her thinking that ‘consent culture’ not going far enough, or somehow having a counter effect. Her saying “ (consent culture is bullshit and male serving) and women learn never to say no ” would suggest that.
Look, I don’t like these people any more than you do, but I don’t think you can reasonably conclude that she (or these assholes in general) is “pro rape culture” from what was said there. If you disagree with something, that doesn’t automatically mean you’re in favor of its opposite.

What’s the alternative?
If they’ve never negotiated or even really discussed sex with their partners or potential partners, then they might be thinking that consent culture looks a lot like Dan Savage’s GGG (Good, Giving, and Game), even if they don’t know what it’s called. The essence of that is, if one person wants sex and the other doesn’t, then both should find a way to compromise and/or trade favors. This doesn’t work for everyone, and was never meant to apply to people who aren’t already in a long-term relationship - it would indeed be rather rapey to be expected to “compromise” with someone you don’t want to be involved with in the first place, and it’s impossible to trade favors with some entitled person who just wants to use you once and then move on.
If so, this is the case of taking a term and describing it as a distorted version of something else which is related but different.

Also, just a funny factoid: in French, sockpuppet is "faux nez" (fake nose). I wrote the above because I strongly suspect divisive trolling, and to parody with "pas un vrai Gaulois" from Asterix, "not a true ninja" from Ninja Eliminator after removing the fake mustache...
